Understand Vervox pricing plans, track your call usage, manage upgrades and downgrades, and access your invoices.

Understanding plans

Vervox offers tiered plans based on the number of calls per month. Every plan includes all features — the only difference is call volume. You start with a free 14-day trial with full access.

Tracking usage

Visit Billing in your dashboard to see your current usage: calls this month, percentage of your plan used, and a visual progress bar. When you hit 80% of your plan limit, you will see an overage warning on your dashboard.

Upgrading or downgrading

Click Change plan on the billing page to upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep your existing allowance until then.

Invoices and payment

All invoices are available in the billing section. Payment is processed via Stripe — you can update your card at any time. Invoices are sent to your registered email on each billing date.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, the AI stops answering calls but your lead data is retained for 90 days.
